Chelsea ace Didier Drogba insists they're better than Manchester United.

"I need to win the Champions League," said the striker. "It is the only trophy that I haven't won yet.

"And I want to bring back the league because we lost it last year. We need to bring it back home.

"It was difficult last time because of the injuries we had, but despite that we won the FA Cup and beat a good Manchester United team in the Final."

United have been boosted by the arrivals of Nani, Anderson and England man Owen Hargreaves, but Chelsea have made signings of their own in Florent Malouda, Steve Sidwell and Claudio Pizarro.

"We know we can beat them," said Drogba. "We are better than them. But in football, you can be better and still lose."
