Danny Drinkwater believes Leicester City can use their Champions League win at Club Brugge as a launching pad.
The Foxes have started their domestic season shakily.
"We can use the result," said the England midfielder. "We couldn't have asked for much more than three points and a pretty dominant performance.
"We can take it and go into Saturday with more confidence. The whole Champions League experience is what dreams are made of, from pre-game training to the match, the music, the badge on the kit – as daft as it sounds."
Like many members of Claudio Ranieri's team, Drinkwater has experience of playing twice a week regularly from the club's Championship days and does not expect a Champions League comedown. English sides have sometimes struggled upon returning to domestic action the game after competing in Europe.
"The staff here make sure they look after us, which is a good thing,' said Drinkwater. 'Most of us have played Saturday-Tuesday or Sunday-Wednesday."
