Everton fullback Leighton Baines says Royston Drenthe has left him blushing.

The Everton ace is playing better than ever and was described as 'the best left-back in the world' by team-mate Drenthe last week.

"Your form ebbs and flows. Sometimes you're not playing that well, you get back to basics and it starts to come back.

"But what Royston said, it makes me blush a little bit."
