Chelsea's French youngster Gael Kakuta is a target for DR Congo.
Claude Le Roy is hoping to persuade the Bolton Wanderers loan signing to switch to DR Congo, where his family originates from.
"If Gael would be attracted, how could I not be attracted to him? Of course, he would be welcomed, as any talented players with dual nationality," Le Roy told France Football.
"I would not need to say any special words, I would remain coherent with my arguments: Congo has a great potential, only if all the players of highest level accept to give us help.
"We have the means to build an amazing team."
