Chelsea are keen on West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu.
DR Congo's football director Malu Mpasinkatu has revealed former Baggies boss Roberto di Matteo wants to bring Mulumbu to Stamford Bridge.
Di Matteo was named Andre Villas-Boas' No2 at Chelsea yesterday and Mpasinkatu told TMW: "I know that Di Matteo, the assistant to Villas Boas and former coach at West Bromwich, wants to bring Mulumbu to the club of Roman Abramovich.
"West Brom are asking €11 million."
