West Bromwich Albion assistant manager Keith Downing insists there is still so much for the club to play for this season.
The Baggies, who sit 13th on the table, are essentially clear of the relegation zone and have scope to finish as high as possible.
And apart from pushing up the table, Downing says players trying to earn new contracts and those hoping to be involved with their countries for Euro2012 will help motivate the team until the end of the campaign.
"There are people playing for contracts and for places in the Euros. So there are some individual goals for people to attain to.
"As a team I think it's important that we utilise all the players that we have in an effort to finish as high as we can.
"We don't talk about playing for contracts on a daily basis but the players know.
"Regardless of what motivates you - whether it is money or the adulation of going to the Euros - there are personal agendas and goals.""We're looking to get in the top half of the table if we can and there are some personal agendas out there as well," Downing told Express & Star.
