West Ham United midfielder Stewart Downing was delighted for Morgan Amalfitano after his goal in victory over Hull City.
Both midfielders struck in the 3-0 win.
"It was a great finish," Downing told West Ham TV. "When he went through I knew he was going to chip him. I've seen him do it in training and I've seen him do it for West Brom.
"He's got quite a cool head and he's probably disappointed that he's not started. He's chipped in with goals and done quite well but that's the strength in depth we have at the minute. Players can come in, do their jobs and get goals, so it was very pleasing all round."
