West Bromwich Albion No2 Keith Downing denies the players are already planning their summer hols.
One point from four games has Roy Hodgson's men still seeking four points to hit the magical 40-point safety mark.
Downing told the Birmingham Maol: "Every time we get beaten at the moment everybody says we have laid down tools, we are not bothered and we are drifting.
"Listen, we are still not out of the woods - we know that. We've still got to make sure we get ourselves three or four points..
"We are going to work hard to try and do that and I don't subscribe to the view that we have thrown the towel in, are drifting and are looking to the beaches."
