West Bromwich Albion caretaker coach Keith Downing is convinced of the quality of the current squad.

Downing is stepping in after the sacking of manager Steve Clarke.

"This is the best squad I have worked with. But I am well aware that currently we are showing relegation form, so we need to turn that around," said Downing.
