FC Twente defender Douglas has seen interest from England dry up.

Douglas, off contract in June, is keen on moving to the Premier League this month, where he's been linked with Newcastle United, Reading and West Ham United.

But his agent insisted only Newcastle had been in touch - and that was in August.
