Borussia Dortmund look highly likely to win the race to land Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Saint-Etienne.
The 24-year old Gabon international striker has been linked with Newcastle United recently but it appears as though the German giants will land his signature according to Les Verts chairman Roland Romeyer.
"He has been given permission to attend the medical examination," said Romeyer.
"The contract details and the financial plan are still to be clarified but I have no doubt that we will reach an agreement."
