Graham Dorrans says West Bromwich Albion's players can handle the dismissal of Roberto di Matteo this week.
The match against West Ham United is Albion's first since the dismissal of Di Matteo last weekend.
Dorrans said: "That's football and the lads have got to get on with it. We've got to do everything in our power to keep this club in the Premier League and hopefully we can get a good win on Saturday to start it off.
"Our main aim is to keep this club in the Premier League no matter who's in charge. It has been a tough time but everyone is sticking together."
