Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince has promoted two youngsters to his senior squad.

Forward Aaron Doran and goalkeeper Bjorn Bussman have been given numbers 39 and 40 respectively.

Since arriving at the club as a 16-year-old, Doran has quickly progressed from the Academy side in his first season to now be a member of Iain Brunskill's Reserve team.

German stopper Bussman has been an ever-present for the Academy under 18 side this campaign, the 17-year-old impressing as Gary Bowyer's squad have made a decent start to the season. Saved no less than three penalties in their league victory over Leeds United earlier this season.
