York City have snapped up Watford goalkeeper Luke Simpson.
Simpson has signed a two-year deal at York City.
Simpson, who started his career at Oldham Athletic, moved to Accrington Stanley before a trial at Vicarage Road last season, reports the Watford Observer.
The 21-year-old signed an eight-month contract with the Hornets but did not make a first-team appearance.
Simpson featured for Watford's Under-21s but has opted to join the National League side following the end of his contract.
