Vitesse Arnhem are finalising the permanent signing of Chelsea midfielder Mukhtar Ali.

De Gelderlander reports Ali has agreed terms over a three-year deal with the Eredivisie outfit.

Ali spent the second-half of last season on-loan at Vitesse, helping them win the Dutch Cup for the first time in their history.

The midfielder still has a year to run on his Chelsea deal, though accepts he has no future with the Premier League champs.

Fankaty Dabo and Charlie Colkett have already joined Vitesse on-loan from Chelsea this summer.
