FC Twente have snapped up Manchester City attacker Bersant Celina.

The Mirror says Celina has joined FC Twente on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old Kosovan was also linked with a move to Championship side Sheffield Wednesday, but the Eredivisie club have pipped the Yorkshire side to his services.

Celina went on City's pre-season tour to China and the moves comes after a protracted period of negotiations between the two sides.

He has four years left on the new contract he signed in May.
