Stoke City have sent out young defender Mason Watkins-Clark on a month long loan to Wrexham.

A highly rated defender, Watkins-Clark captained the Potters' Under-21s side and he has now been sent out on a temporary basis by the club.

Confirming the transfer, Stoke released the following statement on their official website: “Mason Watkins-Clark has joined Vanarama National League outfit Wrexham on a month's loan."
