Stoke City have signed Dundee United defender Harry Souttar.

The Potters announced the deal last night:

"Stoke City are delighted to confirm the completion of Harry Souttar's transfer from Dundee United to the bet365 Stadium.

"The Potters have paid an undisclosed fee for the 17-year-old central defender, who made three first team appearances north of the border.

"He has signed a three-year contract."
