Reading have signed Lewis Grabban on loan from AFC Bournemouth.

The 29-year-old striker has joined the Royals for the rest of the season.

Grabban, who has made six appearances for the Cherries this term, is eligible to make his debut for Reding against Ipswich Town this weekend.

"I am delighted that we have been able to add some extra fire power to the squad in the form of a proven goalscorer like Lewis," said Reading chief executive Nigel Howe.

"And I am very pleased that a striker in such high demand chose to come to join the Royals."
