Udinese winger Piotr Zielinski is on the brink of signing for Liverpool.

Liverpool are now organising a medical for Zielinski with personal terms and a fee agreed.

Sport.pl says Zielinski will move to Liverpool for a fee of £11 million, having accepted a deal worth £35,000-a-week.

The midfielder spent last season on-loan with Empoli.

Just this week, Empoli president Fabrizio Corsi admitted "Liverpool have been watching him for many months".
