DONE DEAL? Man City secure Sporting KC defender Erik Palmer-Brown to deal

Manchester City have clinched an agreement for US prospect Erik Palmer-Brown.

The American Metro is reporting the Sporting KC defender has signed terms with City.

Palmer-Brown, 20, has penned a four-and-a-half year deal with the Sky Blues.

The youngster was also interesting Chelsea, but it appears he has settled on a move to City.

Palmer-Brown is a Kansas native who came through their academy before making his MLS debut in 2014.

He has been a regular in the first-team squad, although he does not start often.

Palmer-Brown, who also spent a year on loan with Porto's B team in 2016, has played 18 MLS games since his debut.
