Emyr Huws has made his loan deal from Manchester City to Wigan Athletic a permanent transfer.
City have opted to sell the talented 20-year old midfielder to the Latics, who he joined on loan earlier this summer, for an undisclosed fee.
The twice-capped Wales international joined City's youth academy from Swansea City in 2009 and made just one senior appearance for the reigning English champions.
