Manchester City are set to hand another loanee to LaLiga partners Girona.

Sky Sports Austria reports Larry Kayode is leaving Austria Vienna for City, ahead of moving onto Girona on-loan.

The Nigerian striker has passed a City medical and is set to sign a five-year contract. He will then join Girona for the season.

Kayode, who scored 21 goals last season, also had an offer from Newcastle United, but chose City after chatting with manager Pep Guardiola.

Girona coach Pablo Machin, meanwhile, has already approved the loan arrangement.
