Manchester City have clinched an agreement with Monaco for Benjamin Mendy.
The Mirror says City have agreed a £52m deal for Mendy.
The 23-year-old left-back joins as Pep Guardiola moves to further strengthen his defence.
His impending arrival comes after a protracted period of negotiation between the clubs, with the player himself dropping a number of hints over the move on social media.
Mendy's arrival follows the £54million signing of right-back Kyle Walker, who became the most expensive defender in history.
City have also signed Mendy's former Monaco team-mate Bernardo Silva and goalkeeper Ederson from Benfica this summer.
