Liverpool's Emre Can is set to join Italian champions Juventus later this week.

According to Sky Sports Italia, the German has agreed a four-year deal with the Old Lady and will soon undergo a medical.

Can's contract expires at the end of June and the player has been free to negotiate with suitors since January.

It was rumoured Can would sign for Juventus even before the Champions League final loss to Real Madrid.

The 24-year-old arrived to Liverpool in 2014 and has scored 14 goals in 167 outings.
