Inter Milan have completed the signing of Racing Club striker Lautaro Martinez.

He turns 21 next month and joins for €23m plus 10 per cent of a future transfer fee.

Martinez's name appeared on the Lega Serie A website, confirming his contract with Inter has been deposited.

The talented Argentina international, who already has one senior appearance to his name, will attend pre-season training on July 9.
