Feyenoord have signed Aston Villa midfielder Karim El Ahmadi.
El Ahmadi has returned to Rotterdam for a cut-price £750,000 fee.
He had one year left on his Villa Park contract and was keen to return to Holland due to family issues.
El Ahmadi had also fallen out of contention under Paul Lambert.
