Former Lazio captain Stefano Mauri has returned to football at Brescia.

Mauri returns to Serie BBrescia, where he made 31 Serie A appearances in 2003-04.

The veteran has just turned 37 this week and signed on until the end of the season.

This is a drop down into Serie B, but he had been out of contract when his deal with Lazio expired in July 2016.
