Empoli have snapped up Arsenal midfielder Ismael Bennacer.

The French youngster joins Empoli in a permanent transfer.

A statement on Empoli's official website adds Bennacer has put pen to paper on a four-year contract with the Serie B club.

The 19-year-old joined Arsenal in 2015 and made one substitute appearance for the Gunners, before spending the second half of last season on loan at French side Tours.
