Chelsea have announced the sale of Jeremie Boga to Sassuolo.

The 21-year-old Ivory Coast midfielder leaves Stamford Bridge having made one senior appearance for the Blues.

A club statement read: “We thank Jeremie for his service and wish him well in his future career."

Boga moves to Sassuolo for a fee in the region of €3-4m.

The midfielder joins Sassuolo to replace Matteo Politano after his move to Inter Milan.
