Chelsea have agreed a deal with Roma for Antonio Rudiger, according to Sky Sports.

The 24-year centre-half excelled for Germany in their Confederations Cup triumph earlier this month.

It is believed that Rudiger will have a medical in Los Angeles this week.

The two clubs have reportedly agreed upon a fee that could rise up to £34m.

The former Stuttgart man made 40 appearances across all competitions for Roma last season.
