Celtic have completed the signing of Saidy Janko from Manchester United.

The Scottish champions have signed the 19-year old Swiss defender on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Right-back Janko arrives at Parkhead after initially joining the Red Devils' youth academy in 2013 and making one appearance for the senior side. The Swiss U19 international enjoyed a loan spell with Bolton last season.

"Celtic Football Club can confirm that it has completed the signing of Saidy Janko from Manchester United on a four year contract, subject to receiving satisfactory medical results which should hopefully be with the Club tomorrow morning," read a statement on Celtic's official website.
