Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter has completed a season-long loan move to Premiership new-boys Cardiff City.
It is reported Arter has favoured the move to Cardiff over an approach from Watford.
The loan has no recall option and Arter will be not be eligible to feature against his parent club.
