Burnley forward Andre Gary has signed a five-year contract with Watford.
It is believed that the Hornets forked out a club-record fee for the 26-year old, believed to be in the region of £18m.
Gray rejected a new contract with the Clarets in July, which would have made him the highest paid player at the club.
The former Luton Town hitman bagged 10 goals for Burnley last season.
He now becomes Marco Silva's seventh signing of the summer following the arrivals of Richarlison Daniel Bachmann, Nathaniel Chalobah, Tom Cleverley, Kiko Femenia and Will Hughes.
