Bristol City have signed England U19 defender Taylor Moore.
The 19-year-old former Lens centre-half has passed a medical and put pen to paper on a three-year contract at Ashton Gate.
Head coach Lee Johnson told bcfc.co.uk: "This again shows our desire to bring in top-quality young talent.
"Taylor has captained England Under-19s, which is one of the golden age groups for the current England crop.
"He's very intelligent, has excellent potential. There aren't many young, English centre-halves around as good as he is, so we're delighted to have secured his services."
Chief operating officer Mark Ashton said: "It's already been a very busy transfer window and Taylor's arrival is another positive step for us. We're delighted to welcome him to the club from Lens.
"We still feel we have work to do in this window and everyone at the club is working hard behind the scenes to get business done between now and next Wednesday."
