Bournemouth have sanctioned the transfer of goalkeeper Ryan Allsop to League One outfit Blackpool.

Allsop joined Bournemouth from Leyton Orient four-and-a-half years ago when the Cherries were still struggling in the lower reaches of English football but the 25-year-old has not received much playing time for the club over the past few seasons.

With the arrival of Asmir Begovic to the Vitality Stadium this summer, Allsop's hopes of earning regular minutes on the pitch had been further reduced.

And it can now be confirmed that the goalkeeper has made a loan move to League One side Blackpool in his search for regular minutes on the pitch.
