Leon Bailey has completed his transfer to Bayer Leverkusen from KRC Genk.
The Jamaican winger has joined the German Bundesliga club for a fee of around £11.5million.
Bailey was a target for a number of Premier League clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool, and more recently Hull City, but Leverkusen have beaten them all to the punch.
A statement from Bayer read: "Leon Bailey has joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen from KRC Genk.
"The 19-year-old Jamaican midfielder signed a contract with the Werkself through 2022."
