Watford have loaned defender Charlie Rowan to League Two side Accrington Stanley.

Rowan, 20, was previously captain of Watford's under-18 team and will stay with Stanley until the end of the season.

Rowan said: "This is my first loan move and I couldn't ask for more than to be at a good club."

Rowan is available for Accrington's trip to Cheltenham Town on Saturday.
