Doncaster Rovers have snapped up Aston Villa striker Jordan Bowery.

The 22-year-old has made five league appearances for Villa this term, but Paul Lambert has agreed to him going out on an emergency loan.

Bowery joined Villa in 2012 from Chesterfield and has been in around the first-team squad since signing.
