Doncaster sign permanently Beye from Aston Villa

Doncaster Rovers have signed outright former Aston Villa fullback Habib Beye.

Former Marseille and Newcastle full-back Beye has impressed since moving to the Keepmoat Stadium on loan from Aston Villa earlier this term and switching to the centre of defence.

The 34-year-old Senegal international has put pen to paper on an 18-month deal with Rovers after reaching an agreement to cancel his deal at Villa Park.
