Doncaster Rovers firebrand El Hadji Diouf has sparked more controversy.
The former Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers striker was involved in an angry bust-up with Blackpool keeper Matt Gilks after scoring a penalty in his side's 3-1 defeat on Tuesday.
Blackpool's two-goal Gary Taylor-Fletcher claimed Diouf then spat towards Gilks in the tunnel at half-time.
Referee Gary Sutton spoke to the duo and is not expected to take any further action.
Taylor-Fletcher claimed: "Everyone knows what he was like. It was in the tunnel. He was the same when we played Blackburn last season. He is a great player and it is a shame he has that side to him."
Rovers media manager Steve Uttley said: "Nothing happened as far as we know. Nobody here saw anything."
