Dominic Calvert-Lewin is delighted with his move to Everton.

The former Sheffield United striker joined Everton on deadline day last week.

“It was a bit of a whirlwind 24 hours for me and my family," he told evertontv. “The move was a no-brainer for me, you've only got to look at the opportunities that are given to young players here and also the quality of players that are here as well.

“Those are things that appeal to me as a 19-year-old player, you can't ask for more.

“Then, on top of that, England call-up was unexpected and for it to come that day of all days was brilliant - it was a great day for me."
