Eamonn Dolan has been named caretaker manager at Reading.
Former manager Brian McDermott left the Royals yesterday, along with first team coach Nigel Gibbs.
Dolan, head of the club's academy, is now in caretaker charge ahead of the weekend's trip to Manchester United.
