Former Chelsea and Bayern Munich star Michael Ballack missed out on a move to Montreal Impact due to his dithering.
Ballack, 35, who is out of a contract after leaving Bayer Leverkusen, waited too long to accept a $5 million contract offer from Montreal Impact, says Express.
The MLS transfer deadline fell on July 30.
