Sylvain Distin says Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has the full backing of the players.

"I think we are doing well and maybe some people don't like it," Distin rather mysteriously suggested. "We know how some people try to break some teams or a coach when they succeed. When Redknapp's arrest happened, we had a meeting and Harry explained exactly what was going on - he made everything clear.

"It lasted for two or three minutes and then we went back to training like every other day.

"Harry is not guilty of anything and has absolutely nothing to prove.

"There has been no change in him and we are just going to keep doing exactly what we have been doing since the beginning of the season."
