Neymar's controversial move to Barcelona from Santos continues to drag on.
Marca says the company D.I.S. Esporte e Organização de Eventos LTDA battled for months to prove that the deal was worth much more than the 17 million that Santos originally claimed to have received from Barça.
DIS held a financial interest in the final sum of Neymar's transfer, which meant that it received almost $9 million based on the initial figures which were revealed.
Given that it has now been proven that the amount of money required to get Neymar to Barcelona was in excess of 100 million, DIS has put its legal team to work to demand what it is owed based on the percentages agreed in the contracts.
Discounting the $9 million which the company has already received, Santos and Barcelona will have to cough up another $52 million between them based on the figures which Neymar's transfer is currently being valued at.
