El-Hadji Diouf has agreed a new deal with Championship club Doncaster Rovers.
The former Liverpool, Bolton and Blackburn Rovers striker joined Doncaster in late October and was due to stay for three months but will now remain at the Keepmoat Stadium until the end of the season as confirmed by manager Dean Saunders.
"Dioufy feels very welcome here and he's agreed to stay for the rest of the season," Saunders told the Doncaster Free Press. "That's great news for us.
"He's a top player and he would get into most teams in the Premier League.
"He's on ten per cent of what he was earning last season - and he's on ten per cent of what he could be earning elsewhere.
"But what's important to him is that he's got a smile on his face here at Doncaster."
