Bolton Wanderers striker El Hadji Diouf is confident of beating relegation.

"We just need to be stronger and more stronger when we play in the Premier League and play like we play in the Uefa Cup," Diouf told Sky Sports News. "Of course [we are confident] we have a big team that is too good to go down. I think we will be staying in the Premier League easy."

Bolton face Liverpool this weekend and Diouf believes they can beat his former club if they play to their strengths.

"Every game for us is a big game not just because it is Liverpool or Man Utd we need to win football games and do everything fantastic.

"If we play our football in the Reebok Stadium we can beat Liverpool like every season.

"We need to play our football and battle them and believe in ourselves."
