Dindane rejects Blackburn, Bolton for Al-Shorta move

Former Portsmouth striker Aruna Dindane has rejected staying in the Premiership for a move to Qatar.

Dindane has turned down Bolton, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Blackburn Rovers in favour of a lucrative move to Qatar.

The Ivory Coast striker, who impressed on loan at Portsmouth from Lens this season, has agreed a three-year deal with Al-Shorta.

The Qataris paid Lens £2.6m for the 29-year-old and also signed his compatriot striker Bakari Kone from Marseille for £3m.
