Malaga sources say the Brazilian is being watched by the Spanish Liga big spenders ahead of the January market.

Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini is eager to continue his squad building after they were outclassed by Real Madrid on the weekend.

Pellegrini was interested in Sammir during the summer and is now ready to push to land the midfielder when the winter market opens.
